Disney Parks Blog just posted that the new Carthay Circle Restaurant on Buena Vista Street in Disney California Adventure is accepting reservations for June 15 and beyond. From the looks of the 256 seat restaurant based on photos that have been released and the menu put together by Napa Rose Chef Andrew Sutton, this is going to be one expensive dining experience but one that promises to be a memorable one. Sometime in the next few days will come post to this blog where dining at the Carthay Circle Restaurant goes on my official Disneyland Bucket List. Expecting Mrs. DisneylandTraveler and I to spend about $200+ on this one.
